When I turn on the car (2002-2003 Crv) the headlight, interior light, dash lights seem to flicker. I thought maybe it was the battery dying, but it still happens after I changed the batter...
just wondering if you guys have any clue

 

i think maybe the starter...my autostart does that sometimes..and thast when it flickers
