K24 Frankenstein Anyone?

So, I got a K24A4 Motor out of a 05 Accord, Cylinder 1 Intake and Exhaust valves broke (1Each), and damaged the head, and piston. Block is still in excellent condition. Wasn't going to do anything with it, but now I'm thinking about doing a Frankenstein. I've seen some guys put down some damn good numbers with a K24A4 Block and K20Z1 Head - with little upgrades. I'll take my sweet time building this, and won't be updating the thread unless I have anything to add to it.

Plans for the motor includes:

1. Rebore to 87.5/88mm
2. ??? Pistons
3. Eagle/Brian Crower Connecting Rods
4. Brian Crower ACL Race Bearings
5. Knife Edge Flywheel - Balanced to 9000RPM
6. ERL S2000 Oil Pump

^^^ That's all I can think of for now on the bottom end, as for head, there's plenty of options, so I'll leave this open for discussion.

Also, projected power gain for this one is between 300-400hp. Any and all advice welcome. Thanks.

You forgot Kpro. None of that will work without it.

List of stuff is not complete sir, however, I did not forgot KPro. It's in the back of my mind with the $995 Price Tag.

If everything is done right, it will probably set you back around 7K (intake manifold, ITB's, cams etc...) it might make ~260hp at the wheels. Not worth it in my opinion, but whatever floats your boat.
