Re: K20 swap?
okay so what i understand from your post is that you want to use the bottom end of your b18b and a K20 head..or you want the K20 valve cover?
if you are going for K20 set up you can only use K20 items...such as tranny and the whole motor. You def want to do a full motor swap K20 are pricey looking around $7000 all set and done roughly. |
Re: K20 swap?
^^depends on which K you use and how full out you wanna go.
7000 is for like a K20 type r (i unno the code) with KPRO and alot of Ktuned products. And yea, you can only use K parts on K parts. Nothing with B series |
Re: K20 swap?
^^ going for anything else is a waste tbh. Whatever shop had that package of kpro products and ktuned with full swap is a good deal.

Re: K20 swap?
Yup, especially since the figures of a built B for less money are comparable to the Type S motor. And you don't have the hassle of swapping a completely different motor setup in there.
Go big or go home (or in this case just keep/build a B lol) |
Re: K20 swap?
Hell yeah. Jus put a K20 cover on it and call it a day.
