I need some recommendations... (GS-R)

Sup all, I'm new to using the site and I wanted to see if I can get some recommendations for my whip. Let me start by saying I don't know a whole lot about cars, so if you get technical in your responses, you'll lose me pretty fast.

I own a black 2000 GS-R and I really haven't done much to it, mainly cause I bought it during college and didnt have much spare cash. All I gotz is a type-R spoiler, cleared out the corners, and a couple other small things. So here are my questions...

1) I'm planning on putting coilovers in the whip once it gets warm. My boys told me to get the Tein Superstreet; is this a good idea? Any other recommendations?

2) I'd like to get a ITR front lip, but I've never really looked into em. How much should I be looking to spend for one of these?

3) Are there any low cost performance mods I can do to boost the power? Please keep in mind you'll lose me if you get technical in your response.

I'm from TO, but moved to Chicago and since the Chi doesnt have a big import community like TO, I thought I'd ask you guys. Also, I'm not a millionaire, so money is definitely a factor for everything I consider.

Thanks in advance for your help/responses, theyre much appreciated. I'm going out of town tomorrow, but I'll check back in when I get back.

try looking into an intake(aem, injen) that sorta thing. exhaust is a definate help, make sure from the headers back.... look into a vibrant header, good quality for the money... exhaust should either be a type r, or look into something else.... lips will run you $60-over $100 depending if its urethane,

good luck on your up grade
