I myself have used the b16 heads in the pass for mine swaps. You also need to get a ITR water pump, timing belt and head gasket for the swap as well as a few other things.

Cams it all comes down to what kind of HP you want to run. Do you want a mild set up, or do you want to run high hp. The company's out there has different stages of cam set up for different hp for NA or Boost.

I have used Skunk2 cams in the pass on mine, and never had a problem with them, and have also swapped them into other cars for the little extra.

The stock B18A/B water pump and timing belt will not work, you need the ITR parts for the swap. You also need the proper head gasket, oil feed line, and need to tap and put a plug into the head. It's not just bolt on the head and go, you need a bunch of small things for the swap aslo.

The stage 3 cams are more of a higher HP cam, the ITR cams would be best for a low to mild HP range.

Well since you got the vtec kit, your set for it. I've never had to chance the knock sensor, you are able to switch more of the sensors over as they are the same.
