I have a few questions? plz help.

I didnt take out my battery out of the car, it sat in the car for like 10 months. Does my battery need to be recharged? or is it toast.?

If I put extended lug nuts on my rims, Do i need extended studs? or can i use the stock studs?

my timing belt is a slight hair off the cam gears, can i drive the car home like 20 minute drive. Or am i going to cause damage?

I havent drove the car for almost 1 yr last time i started it was like 2 months ago. It's been at body shop since. When i get the car back the gas will be drained out and new gas will be put in. Anything else i need to do? to get the car running like it did b4?

My radiator fan clicks on as soon as i turn my car on. I cant find the switch to wire the fan too. Meaning when your car gets hot or at a certain temperature the rad fan kicks on. Well rite now soon as i turn car on the rad fan goes full force. Im confused where to find the relay or switch to make this work properly.

Can I drive rite now til november wiit my cold air intake. Or is it a bad idea?

That's all.

Hard to say with the battery... could be good could be toast. Throw a charger on it...see what kind of charge it holds. These days its VERY hard to truly destroy a battery, letting a battery sit for long periods of time however is never really a good idea.

I personally don't like to mess around when it comes to timing belts...for obvious reasons. And truthfully am not really sure what your asking. as long as the teeth grip and there is no risk of a major slip...or break you should be ok.. but once again not too sure what your getting at.

Depending on when it was last done give the car a yearly tune up....It can never hurt.

As for the intake.... I'm not a huge fan of cold air....essentially a large straw to large puddle height. However if you show the due caution needed....(not going off roading..or through any deeper water/ puddles. you should be fine.

This Question confuses me.

If your changing the lugs for show then no.
If your using spacers or doing something else odd then sure.
