if the cable is stuck what should i do to fix that problem?....because i know the lever to open the hood is like in the middle!....i push it back and it false half way so that MIGHT be the problem!!.......

With cubic Zirconia Plating on the inside.

I have the same problem constantly. I just push the cable back from the latch end with the hood down until it snaps back to the closed position. Then you should be able to close the hood all the way. P.I.T.A for sure. But as the cars get older..... well you know.
