Hit a curb

SO im driving and this ------- cuts me off and I hit a curb. I had to change to my cpare because my tire fell off. Now i know I need an alignment but there is a squeaking noise in my right side wheel well. What could it be?

Thanks a lot guys n gals

you could have bent any number of things in hitting a curb hard enough to take the tire off the wheel man, you may need some new parts under there, ball joint maybe? dont know with out looking

Solid GSR YO 06-06-2008 11:49 PM

pick it up and give it a jiggle

Fast_Honda 06-07-2008 11:48 AM

It moves normally

Buff4Prez Yo 06-09-2008 11:57 AM

take it to a mechanic.

Don't be surprised if your wheel bearing starts humming in the next few weeks.

man don't drive it in my opinion, my sister had a protege with similier problem where it squeeked and stuff when turning and then one day she was reversing and BAM the whole wheel came off and the car was then trashed, if i were you get it fixed quick as you can...

Hit another curb but on the oppisite side. That should give you a free alignment and put everything back into place

Royboy 06-10-2008 12:32 PM

Wow, there are so many things that could be wrong now. I wouldn't be driving your car until you figure out what was damaged and what wasn't, it's just dangerous.

maybe u bent somethin n its rubbing....i would get it checked forsure lol

Fast_Honda 06-11-2008 10:10 PM

mkmk 06-11-2008 10:23 PM

Right now its making a noise like my breaks are done. I think my break pad moved. And i hear a rattaling noise around my engine on the pass side.

Royboy 06-12-2008 10:49 AM

if the "breaks" are pooched, you really shouldn't be driving it. Try to get it looked at by someone that knows what they're doing. I don't mean to be harsh, but it sounds like you don't. A brake job isn't hard, but they are something that you don't want to take any chances with. When in doubt have a professional look at it.
