high idle + engine light what can the problen be
 

hi im runnin a b16a first gen in my teg but i have a problem my idle is high when its cold around 2000 rpm but when it get warm it lowers to a normal idle but then the engine light comes on can someone plz tell me what it could be :mad:

Have it scanned or google the DIY procedure for getting the codes and see what comes up should be your first step.

Sounds a lot like my car. Its just that it actually feels better with the cel on.
