Default HELP QUICK! brake master cylinder

I've got my car in the shop to replace the brake master cylinder, here's my dilemma. A new OE one is $351, a rebuilt is $99, the shop is saying to stay away from the rebuilt but that's a huge price difference, any suggetions or thoughts?

Thanks for the quick reply, I went ahead with the rebuilt. When I called back I asked about warranty and they cover 1 year parts and labour (if only they told me that in the first place) I don't plan on having this car any more than another 2 years so it's all good!

I had the same problem. I was in New York when mine started to go so I ran to the nearest parts source and it was 60.00USD. It was a steal compared to the price here in Canada.
