help identify this bolt

hey guys got a bit of a concern right now. I was driving today when all of a sudden I heard and felt something come off the front of my car. I actually kind of felt it on the bottom of my seat too. I stopped the car and went to see if I could find something and this bolt was lying right on the road.

Attachment 25364

The car doesn't seem to drive any differently or make any strange noises but I was hoping any of you could identify where it might of come from. I'm pretty sure its from the driver side since I felt something when the bolt fell off.

It Looks like the bolt holding your downpipe onto your CAT! Did you find a spring?

I dunno, the threads look kinda short to be an exhaust bolt... plus, it's way too clean

It looks more like a bolt from you power steering pump, alternator, or a/c compressor.

Ya guys thank so much for all the help. It is on of the timing belt cover bolts. I posted the same thread over at Honda-Tech and they all said it was timing belt cover bolt as well.
