Help headers install in progress help needed

Default Help headers install in progress help needed

ok well heres what happend i picked up a set of dc headers got my old exhaust manifold off and go to put in the new one and.....it won't fit in for some reason ...is there anything else u need to take off in order to install headers on a 94 integra rs.....pls advise.....pics would be nice if you have a way to show me how to get them on even better...thanks

hey man, since i sold you it ill give you a bit of advice.
You have to put the header up on an angle i believe the side towards to passenger side up first and then it takes some wiggiling from the top and bottom but you will eventually get it. Just takes some time to get the angles right

It should wiggle up.... but if its being a bitch.. put in a lil extra work and remove the rad.. keep it nice and the header will slide right in..

remove the radiator -- are you also installing a new gasket?

ok i took off the fan and it slid up in there likea glove...now theres only one problem the exhaust flange its on a angle so i have to take it to and exhaust shop and cut and turn my flange to fix it....so for tonight...open headers it is ....Damn its loud tho.....
