Does anyone know if they make fender flairs for the DA at all? or if any will fit decently? i know people put VW on the civics, anyone worked with flairs at all?

I'm sure you can get them somewhere, but they may be a universal type and you'd have to do some 'body work' to make them fit.

You can also try rolling your fenders... I did this to my civic when it was slammed using a PVC pipe.

You could consider speaking to a body shop and seeing their opinion on the feasibility of the whole project.

I mean I've seen tons of cars that don't normally have flaired fenders have it done. It can't be impossible!

Alternatively, roll them and get some slightly wider rims and stretch the tires to give the car the wider stance. (You have to work out which is more expensive, though )
