Firewall removal help

What's up guys,

I'm installing a sound system into my teg and was wondering how to remove the firewall where all my wires and cables go through from the cabin to the hood?
It's located right behind the fuse box.
If any clarification is needed please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for your help!

there's a grommet just to the lower right of the battery if you're facing the firewall. feed your wire through and it will end up on the other side, by the passenger side footwell.

which teg do you have?

If you running a system then you can just run the power wire throught the rubber grommet.

Do I need to remove the grommet to feed the wire?
I'm having difficulty creating the space to get the wire through the grommet.
How do I get passed the grommet?

this is just asking for trouble..its there for a reason. ur gonna get rid of it just for some bass?
why not take out air bags as well to lower ur weight.

just cut an X with a knife in the grommet and push the wire thru that

ill install all your wires and hide it like a pro. for very cheap price.. ill even wire your system to the amp so that it pounds the hardest and cleanest it can. pm me with an offer if you want it done.

Dude, i have an Integra GS..you don't need to remove the firewall. I hoooked up my own system. You can feed the power wire through with a wire hanger...thats all you need. If it's still feeling tight, then you can cut a small X. There shouldnt be a problem and the whole process of installing the system should take about an hour...with beer breaks.
