Engine pull...Anyone able to help me

I need to pull the engine out of my teg, anyone able to help me as I have never done one before? Possibly tomorrow Morning? Anyone know where I could rent a Engine hoist?

^How come your pulling it out?

Aren't you the guy that just did a compression test that showed 180-200-195-200 (which is still good). ?
