Engine light poped on todai
 

i was drivin around went to my g/f house after leaving my car didnt want to start , my main Relay was clicking as my engine was turnin over but no start, so i unpluged it and tryed again car ran then turned off kept trying and eventully stayed runing . then my CEL came on i got the code its code 14 the idle air control valve i took it off replaced it out put it back on and still same thing , and the other thing my CEL doestn come on right away let the car run for a min or so then it comes on and sometimes CEL flashes any help would be appriciated thnks guys

Start by replacing the main relay cause its just going to get worse.

As for the IAC... I've read that like 3 times now and I can't tell if you replaced it with another one, or just cleaned out yours and put it back on.

Are we to understand that code 14 is still coming up, or a different one now?

yeh i replace the IAC valve and still code 14 and i also replaced the main relay

ok is the car running fine now at least? if so then the code might just be stored on the ecu and will keep coming up until you wipe it with an obd2 reader. That was the case with the last car i had.

yeh it runs and starts , but a new thing came up today when i was driving i was cruisin in 3rd gear at 50kmh. and my car starts 2stepping at like 3k rpm and engine light started flashing, also it idles at like 1600rpms for some reason

I know this is a stupid question, but did you re-install the rubber o-ring between the IAC and intake manifold??

yep i did

check your dizzy,
when my car was struggling and kinda had the "put put" feeling when you drive, the dizzy was going

I had it replaced and it runs fine now:)
