I have had my integra for about 2 years now, and I have had this problem from time to time. I would start the car when the engine is cold, and it would have a hard time keep the rpm up and the whole car would shake. After pressing the gas several times, it goes away. I have only had this happen once where the car actually wouldnt start for 5 minutes.
I recently parked my integra for the year and purchaced a 92 accord for my dd/winter beater. Just today the stupid car did the same thing.. WTF?? The only thing I can think of is that I started the car earlier in the day to move it to another spot in the driveway and shut it down. Could it be that it somehow clouds up the engine if its only been running for less then a minute? Its the only thing that I can think of. Cause after about 5 seconds everything runs perfectly fine.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

 

i had that problem before and for me its was cap and rotor. do a full tune up and try it out,.. it may be about time anyways.
