Hey,

I took off my old dash and put in a new dash for my car. Everything went smooth, everything works. However, when i hooked up my radio, im' not getting any power for my indash and all the engine noise is coming through the speaker plus there is continous power going to my amplifier. What can it be? and do you guys know anybody on the form that can help me, because i don't want to go to a store and pay like $150 to fix something like this.

first cheak your ground to the deck

 

well it sounds like your remote wire for the amp, somethings not right there, it should not be on all the time, and for the noise comming through, like sammy said check your ground

 

all my ground is good, and i checked the remote wire as well, but there is still no power to the deck.

i ran out of things to try, i'm going to wire the whole thing all over again, if it still doesn't work then i guess i might have to take into a shop.

 

did u even check the fuse? doesnt sound like you did...theirs alot of things to try use a tester to the power wire (yellow) see if it works list goes on....
