Default DOT Approved JDM Headlights?

Hey all,
Just looking for some help trying to pass a safety inspection for my Integra. The requirements state that is must have DOT approved (possible E code but I'm not certain on this) headlights.

Problem is is has a JDM front end conversion, so the headlights aren't DOT approved. Anyone know of other headlights that I could jimmy to pass the safety, or any DOT compatible JDM style headlights?

Thanks!

most places dont really care for that DOT approved headlights ----. as long as all the lights work and there are no leaks you should be fine.

I got denied a safety today because of it, but it was a local shop that's run by a well known "car guy" who likes to be not sketchy. I guess I'll have to take it to a sketchy shop

the only problem i see them having with your jdm headlights is your amber corner signals being absent. And i know tons of guys who have gotten it safetied from reputable shops not sketchy guys. That guy probably wants your money. Go to active ross and green, thats where some of my buddies did theirs and they passed.

Well, it's a confusing situation, it's not a shop around here, it's another province. But the shop doesn't want my money, I know the guy personally, he's a fellow enthusiast, I know he's just covering his ***....

Anyway, thanks for the help guys. The plan right now is to take it to a shop who doesn't "specialize" in modded cars, because they likely won't check for DOT headlights...

they are not DOT and will never pass because they point the wrong way, as the headlights were meant for a rhd vehicle driven on the right hand side.

also. you should have drl's as well.
