door panel problem

what'sup u all, i m wondering how to take off the passenger side door panel coz i already took off 2 screws from the door but the panel still tight so i decide not to pull it out hard so what should i do? or someone have this experience b4??

did you take out the screw in the little tray? behind the latch?
