Do you know if 93 civic SIR coupe front-end parts fit 93 civic lx 4 door?

I know the fenders don't fit, have not tried to hood, and the rad saddle looks like it would fit... Anyone have specs and dimensions on these 2 models to compare maybe? or know where to look?

They never had SiR coupe's in Japan... in fact, they never had SiR coupe's period

The USDM coupe's share the front end with hatchback's and no... these front end pieces are not interchangable with the sedan. It will only work if you change ALL the pieces (except for the headlights which are all the same). The sedan front end is slightly longer with bigger corner lights. If you put a hatch/coupe hood on your sedan without changing any other part, your car will look like it has an underbite.

The hatch/coupe front end will fit if you change the corners, bumper, fenders, and hood... it should bolt right up.
