DIY paint or shop?
 

I just picked up a 98+ bumper. My car is Milano Red, but the previously owner had it clearcoat again with some pearl in it. I'm not sure but that's what I'm guessing. I was either thinking of taking it to a shop and getting it paint match or paint it myself, but the problem is getting the right paint since mines has a pearl clearcoat on top of the Milano Red.

What do you guys suggest I do? Any recommended shops that won't cost me too much?
