Daytime running lights

hey whats up, my girlfriends brother has a 91 integra and he needs daytime running lights to pass this inspection thing he has coming up. I was wondering, did they come stock with a module, or would he have to purchase one. Theres no spot for a fuse for the daytimers. Another thing, I have a 93 Integra and I pulled the fuse for my daytimers. Is there anyway to take my module and put it in his car?
Thanks, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
oh ya .. his car was built in America, i dont know if that makes a difference

your DRL module will work in his car, another alternative is crappy tire, they sell a basic module that you can hook up to your GF's brother's car with simple wireing. hope this helps.

if it's a 91 he should have DRL's...Both my 90 and 91 have them.

check to see if the fuse on his is pulled or one of the harnesses on his module is unplugged

it could have been an american car. just do what fuzzy said and you should be fine.

LOL that's BS. I passed my safety and I have had my fuse pulled for my daytimes for years.
