any thoughts on this?

my big question is if i use the ITR springs what will my ride hight be like?
i don't want to go to low!

I think it will be relatively close to stock height maybe a couple mm lower if anything. I'm not sure if its worth all the work though unless u want a sway bar in the rear.

If you can get a set of ITR springs/shocks that are still assembled, match that against an assembled stock assembly off any car (or in this case, a DA), and you will see it if has any lowering effects (compare the lengths of the assembled springs). The spring rate is obviously going to be different, too, so the ITR springs will not compress as much as a lower rate/stock set-up, therefore possibly being higher.

when we put it on the civic did it raise, lower or stay the same?^^

The assemblies were the same length, and it looks about the same height. But the tires are deflated a bit, so I can't really tell.

Do it, you notice the difference immediately. I wouldn't take the gas tank out though. I'd do it the same way the other guy did.
