All depends on how bad it is damaged. As to where you can get it fixed, Wheel Wizard in hamilton can fix it for you.

i had this problem. go to canadian tire and get some celment sealent. can't remember what its called but look for something that bonds to metal well. apply to it, let it sit, apply all around it more, let it sit, apply until you feel that there is no way air could get through. it will look ugly and rough, but its the inside. if you see that you applied too much that now there is like a hump/mountain of sealent in that spot, i guess you can sand some down. but i applied so that it is even. just lots of layers....

test that out, you never know, you might save your rims for a measly 4bux. if the air still leaks then...........................................sel l your car and buy a Escort. (joking)

good luck, let me know if you need more details.

...buy another tire..if it leaks again, then you're out the 4bucks plus the cost of the tire... Not knocking your idea, its actually a pretty good one for the DIY'ers. That just wont fix the actual problem IMO. The crack is still there, but just covered up.
Also, wouldn't that mess with the wheel balancing? I coule be wrong though.

To the OP, I had a bent rim which was fixed. Only reason I got it fixed was because the rims were fairly new and the bend wasn't 'tooo bad'. I wouldn't suggest getting your cracked rim fixed because first of all it'll never be 100% again. (that rim will be more sensitive to future flaws when it is hit or in stress. Also, I really dont knwo how much these companies charge to fix a crack. But I doubt its going to be less than $100 bucks. If thats the case, wouldn't it be worth while to just get a new rim? I dont know how much one of those rims go for but spending an extra 50-60 bucks to get a brand new rim would be more worthwhile in my opinion. Again, get quotes to see what the cost will be.
