Clutch Question.
 

I need a new clutch soon. I have guys that will do the job and get parts for a good price. And all the parts are OEM parts. Now my problem is some one posted that you cant put a ITR clutch on a 92 GSR B1.7. IS that true? Should i go with stock GSR Clutch or Go with ITR?

you cant use any of the 94+ integra clutches in your tranny. the 90-93 tegs use cable tranny's and the 94+ used hydraulic. they are not interchangeable.

i tought that all b series engine and clutches are interchangeable. so i have to get a gsr clutch then.

I run an ITR clutch in my YS1 LSD cable tranny. It just bolted right in with no issues.

that is what i have YS1 tranny. That is what is confusing me. Who is right??????

Like I said, it just bolted right up into my setup. Bought it with the HADA discount at Downtown Acura and a bunch of guys put it together in my garage. You can post it on ASK HADA on the HADAMotorsport.com. They're all motorsport guys with a lot of experience building and prepping race cars. They're the ones who helped me build up my setup. The only issue I see is that my tranny is a JDM YS1 which has different gearing than yours would. Though I struggle to see how the clutch would differ.
