clutch cable :s need tips

Default clutch cable :s need tips

Hey guys , I know an other problem again , but I need to change my clutch cable and wanted to know how difficult was it to do myself ? Looks easily accessible but dunno if there's more to it than it looks . Thnx

no they're pretty straight forward. did yours snap? you might just need to make an adjustment.

The cable is unravelling on the tranny side , and how do i set the tension ?

Very easy. It unhooks from the pedal, then pull it out through firewall. If I recall correctly, you just loosen the cable and it should come off the tranny side. To get it back to right tension, you get it snug and see how clutch feels, pedal should have a bit of play at the very top, but could just adjust to your liking/engagement point as you start driving it.
