Cluster Problem?

hey ppl one of my friends wanted to take the cluster bazel out of his original cluster that he got with his car. Well what happened was he changed the bazel but after he plugged all the harnesses back in what happened was his ABS light and seatbelt light would stay on the whole time....his abs light goes away when u put on the seatbelt but the seatbelt light stays on the whole time. Can anyone tell me whats going on I mean is it because the harness might be messed up or could it be the ecu.
Any input will be appreciated.
Thanks.

lol i kno its a lil confusing. but basically the abs and seatbelt light connections/wires (i dunno) are switched with each other. so if u put on the seatbelt on the abs light turns off. i dunno how tat happened but the guy who he swapped the cluster with has the similar problem. and the funny thing is all they did was change bazels.
