I was just wondering what is the best catback exhaust for your money?

also since my car was sitting outside for about a year through winter actually i lied maybe 2 not sure anyway alot of ---- rusted. ima put it in hibirnation for the winter but not too sure what to do with all the rust but anyways what i wanted to start with suspension what shuold i start off with ?
