Default car starting issue, grinding noise

I've been searching if anyone has the same problem as me but no one does. So i'm making this new thread. Sorry in advance if there is another thread that is similar to this..

I was driving my car fine until i stalled the car at the parking alot. When I tried to start it up again, I just hear a click noise..I assumed is was the battery because when i tried to activate the alarm, it made a low beep and the interior head lamp was dim. Then when I tried to use the hazzard button light, I hear a weird noise. It sounds like a small motor grinding near the driver side door. I called my bro up and he assumed it was the starter, so he asked me to push the car and he'll try to start the car. The car started after a few attempts.

Would the problem be the starter or the battery cause the interior light is dim and the is no light when i try to start it. The radio doesn't even work.

Also, what the hell is that grinding noise when i try to use the hazzard button.

Any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated

sound like you got a serious electrical issue or your alternator is shot. the "grinding" you hear isn't really a grinding it's a buzzing coming from your hazard light relay. it's either shot or there's a bad ground somewhere

The car was working fine until I got the ECU replaced. Could that be it?

I bought a new battery today and the car started fine and when I used the hazard button, I don't hear any buzzing noise.

The thing that is driving me crazy is that when the battery was dead, I hear a buzzing noise when I pushed the hazard button.

The only thing I did before the problem was replaced the ECU because the previous owner did a B16a swap without changing the ECU.
