car hesitating sometimes after started
 

About the time I got my exhaust/headers put in... i noticed sometimes when i first start my car and when its still in first gear.. if i accelerate slowly, my car will accelerate to like 3K rpm and sometimes rapidly drop to 1000 rpm and my pedal does nothing (if i press it harder), then its like it unlocks around 1000 and jumps back to 3K rpm and drives normally... then it wont do it again for the rest of the drive at all..

so it only happens if i just started the car, then doesnt again and doesnt even do it every time just random times i start the car it happens.

i've been reading the primary o2 sensor could maybe do this? it doesnt drop any CEL codes when it happens... so not sure :S when i replaced the headers i used the primary o2 sensor that came with the used headers I bought which was a brand new sensor..

i still have my old 02 sensor..

could it be that? or what else should I look at?

Have you replaced your ATF?

actually today i did that with my oil change... going to see if that helps it out first...
