Car Dies While Driving
 

Hey guys, my 99 LS started to have some electrical issues. Last week while driving home my car died on the 410. Was driving great then lost my speedo, then my dash lights, then my stereo before dieing. Got it towed, replaced the alt thinking that was the most obvious. Chaged the battery and took it out today, well after 25 min of driving same issues again. Any idea's guys? Took the battery in and its fine. Car was towed home tonight after it died but once it got home the car could restart, im lost on this one.

alternator, alternator pully/belt or wire issue.

My friends integra had a very similar issue. It turned out his O2 sensor by the cat, the wires we're touching and every time that happened the alternator fuse blew. This caused the battery to keep draining.

thx for the info, i took it to acura and that fuse was blown. That fuse also works the speedo so gonna check it out tomorrow. Thx again.
