Capitol tires?
 

hey guys, when i bought my rota c8's about a month ago, they came with capitol negotiator tires. The guy said these are made by falken. But i cantseem to find much info about the mon the net! Can any of you possibly give me some insight onthese tires so atleast i moreless know waht i have on my car.

WOW you cant find any info on these tires at all on the net its like they dont exist at all, there are many ppl asking the same questions and no one can answer them because there is no info to be had weird?

they're made by sumitomo and nexen. i found that by going on google.
