Default cant shift, clutch loose too ...

helloo,
i noticed that last week my clutch was feeling really soft and sticking a bit to the back, and i couldnt get into gear without forcing it a little..

i went on vacation and had it parked for 5 days, i went to go pick it up today from my parents house and the darn thing wouldnt shift into any gear and the clutch was floppy and loose and was getting stuck momentarily to the back

could this be a fluid problem?

Yes check your fluid in the clutch master, because if it's low and getting air in the system, you not going to go any where. If you want I can come over tomorrow night after I am done work to take a look at it for you.

fluid can evaporate over time (or so I was told) if it has not been checked in a long time then it may just be low. I had the same problem in mine (no visible leaks/ problems) I bled the system and it was fine.

Hope this helps...you should have two people to do the bleeding.

Thank you very much for all your helpings
we did the bleeding and filled up the reservoir and it drives ok, but that loose clutch feeling is still there when i initially step on the clutch, half way thru the pressure is normal.

there was fluid around the master.. so i guess thats the problem.. i put a rag around it for now..
