Camber kit?

hey guys
im having trouble figuring out if i need a camber kit or not

i did my rear suspension a while ago, it is lowered on neuspeed spring and i know for sure i have camber wear...but i didnt get an alignment done yet

one of my buddy was telling me i dont need a camber kit, and the other was telling me i do.

so do i need a rear camber kit??

im planning on doing my alignment but i dont want to go in, pay $80 and then next thing u know, i need to get a camber kit...

help me out here guys!!!

rear you can kinda make your own camber kit with washers, but front yes you need.

noone needs a camber kit. if you want bald tires go for it, it just helps and will give you a better ride/handling.

I had 2" drop on civic now about 2.5" drop on teg, never got alignment nor chamber kit. Its all good. Lol I replaced both outer tie rods on teg and allignment is still half a$$ haha.
I got visible camber but the tires get burned up from burnouts before camber gets to it. Haha

I have a 2.5" drop on my DC. Any camber that is from 0 to -1.5 degree, will take a long time to wear out the tires, but once you start going pass -1.5 to like -3 your going to go through tires in like under 2 months. You will need one for the front, but the back you can unbolt the upper control arm, and put a few washers between the body and the upper control arm, and that will move the camber back closer to 0 degrees. I do alinement every week at my shop, and lots of lowered honda's.

Hey spike, how much does your shop charge??

and how does the washer trick works??
like how do i know how many washers to put in??

by the way, you can use stainless steel 3/8" washers (avoid rust).

depending on how many washers you use, you might need longer/extended bolts:
10 x 1.25 45mm bolts

*remember to match the grade of bolt for strength
