Anyone know how to do this?? I'm confused on it... 1993 with abs..

is it on or off the car? if it's on, then you bleed it the same way you bleed your brakes. if it's on the car, you can prime it by filling it with fluid before you pump it and then bleed it out through a caliper. *edit* that's assuming your talking about the brake master cylender.

*ninJa edit* nm, you have a cable tranny. o_O

well yea brake master, and i know i have a cable tranny.... ***

To bleed a brake master cylinder, it should come with two clear hoses. You just bolt it onto the car, attach the hoses back into the resovoir and pump until you see no air bubbles. Then you disconnect the rubber hoses, attach your brake lines and then proceed to bleed your brakes. You don't just attach it and let the air go through the system, you are suppose to "bench bleed" them first before installing. I was told that the proper way of doing this was to put it in a vice and press on the piston, but at Honda we just attach it to the car because its easier and the vacumm booster has much more pushing force.
