B18c motor swap!!

Hey guys ran into a B18C for sale for 1300..doesn't have ECU though and im currently running an ls..anybody know if it's a good deal..it has approx. 130 km on it..and if it's a good deal would any1 here do a swap for me for a decent price? thanks!!

which year is yours and which year is the motor?
