Default Antenna

My OEM antenna is having the grinding noise. Tried WD-40 on it an still stuck. Is there anything else that can help?

And has anyone done the S2000 antenna mod?

i did an s2000 antenna conversion. you need a s2000 antenna, and a spare honda wire plug with 3 prongs (i have an extra one if you want), a steel ground strap (i have an extra one), and a plastic dowel, basically the diameter of the antenna.

anyway, there is a write up on team integra. but i have the extra pieces except for the dowel (home depot). the antenna you can buy form honda, i think $200.

yeah basically, but there's a little known trick to "de-pin" one of the plugs, so you don't have to spice anything.

Was this the antenna you bought - Walmart.ca: SCOSCHE, SCOSCHE RUBBER FENDER MOUNT ANTENNA FOR DOMESTIC AND IMPORT VEHICLES, TOP OR SIDE MOUNT FENDER ANTENNA 14" - 1 SECTION RUBBER MAST 56" CABLE STANDARD ANTENNA PLUG
How did you install it?

Would love a DIY step-by-step instruction. Followed your tutorial on painting the wiper arms and side mirrors, turned out really nice. I thank you for your hard work
