On all honda b-series engines it is a common rule of thumb to replace the timing belt and water pump every 100k. So yes, do the water pump when you do the timing belt.

It's not a question of how long the water pump or timing belt will last, it's a matter of replacing them before they have a chance to fail. Since you have to remove the timing belt to replace the water pump, it makes sense to replace the water pump at the same time to avoid having to take it apart again later.

I don't know if you know but these honda engines are 'interfierence' engines, meaning if the belt fails, the pistons will contact the valves causing a lot of damage.

As for where to find parts, check the classifieds here on TI. You can also check kijiji, craigslist as well. Autowreckers are also a great place to find parts.
