99 jetta cluster help
 

i got 99 jetta did a recent engine swap and my cluster wasnt workin for some reason , engine swap was the same as b4 2.0L 4cyl , so i changed my cluster and it works but shows the old kilometers and a little key signal is flashing on my cluster wha could it be ??? any help appriaceted

everything on a volkswagen is digital, is it a 99 old model or new? the reason the cluster shows your old KM is because its programed into the ECU and jus displays on your cluster, as for the lil flashy key thing, If i'm correct its an indicator tellin you that you've got to reset the system...VW got to love their technology

your problem is you have a volkswagon
