i recently bought a 97 integera manual. Even lets the engine run for 10 min the temperature does not move past the "C" line. After driving it for a bit it moves a little up heater works fine but not that much heat. Do you guys have any advice or it that how that model is.

you need a new thermostat 100%. The temp gauge should be close to the middle and shouldnt move with the heat on or anything. Trust me do a thermostat and you'll see. A thermostats going to cost you $20 so doesnt hurt to try. The heat will be so hot after that you dont even want to keep your hands close to the vents haha. Good luck, hope this helps.

It's most likely the thermostat, but you can't be 100% sure, and you can get thermostats for like $10 at napa. But they are a cheap and easy fix if it works, and even if it does not, you know at least you have new thermostat.
