im looking for a good short ram intake, i dont really want the generic ones looking for a good somewhat expensive intakes ( brand name: aem, injen, K&N, etc)

Option JDM can hook you up with an Intake. PM them and they'll give you a nooice one.

 

judging from their website prices thats a bit too much, ebay would have better prices but i appreaciate the help though

 

From what I know the website isnt really updated that much with what they have. PM them and ask what intakes they have an the prices. You may be surprised.

But also in the long run youre paying for a brand name sticker. If you dont wanna spend all that money, Pacific Mall has a kit for 30 dollars and you can get yourself a K&N filter and you'll be more than set. Remember....its a metal pipe and a filter. Nothing else.

 

money isnt too big of an issue but from what i was told K&N is the best, so i'd be willing to spend 250 on that but anything else really ill only spend like 200 but ya i will PM them if thats the case thanks vida

 

250 for a short ram! Oh man. For that you can get a cold air AEM intake with the by pass to prevent hydrolock.

Brand name aftermarket Short rams go for 100 or so.

Or if you get a whale ***** then those go for around 200.

 

really they actaully have something to by pass hydro lock huh, hmm maybe ill look into that then, u think optionjdm would carry that?

 

You can ask. And if they dont have it in stock they can order it in just for you. Look for the AEM Cold air intake bypass for it AEM CAI BYPASS Ive heard from a bunch of people that it has saved them from hydrolocking.
