i have 98+ headlights retrofitted with BMW 540i HID projectors, comes with bulbs and ballasts. i have a 98+ front bumper as well, has some paint chips. structurally its okay tho. PM me if ur interested.

bumper is milano red. headlights are mint, no fog, no leak come ready to plug and play
