WTB: Connecting rod for LS

Hey i need 1 connecting rod for an LS was wondering if anyone had a good one laying around? the dealer wants 170 bucks for one and i cant find any anywhere if anyone has one please let me know!!

will those work with the ls? ive been looking around for specs on both rods but cant seem to find them...
