I have a 2 door Integra LS,

Im looking for stock front and rear bumpers in white in good condition.

And also a set of winter tires in good condition size 195-70/60-R15

If the tires are for a teg, 195/70/15 will likely rub, though I've never heard of that tire size... you should have decent lucky finding 195/65/15's but thats still kindda pushing it....
