nothing on a honda is referred to as an intensive care unit......

ignition control unit. i think he means ECU.

i've heard it referred to as the Integrated Control Unit.

Keep in mind everyone i talk to (car shops) have no clue what i'm talking about and i'm now second guessing the stuff i've found in the internet (see last two links). my issue is my intermittent wiper and rear defroster don't work. Buff, if you know what it is, i'm willing to drive to the hammer to get this fixed.
