You can get them brand new for around $15-$18 from Crappy tire.

I just bought one at crappy tire for 9.97 in hamilton, also found at steelcity surlpus for $7 bought they are out of honda atm, have many others tho

In Markham CT, it's $18.99, but Honda one is out of stock. And it's 17.99 in Future Shop.
