Reason for sale: I no longer own an ITR!
JDM Spoon P73 ecu, orginally from '98 Spec R Spoon crate motor. In full working condition, plug and play for 96-8 Civics with b16a/B18c/5 motors, and 96-99 Integras with b18c/5 motors. Eliminates 180km/h speedlimiter on JDM cars. These sell for over $800 new.

Rev Limit: 9.2k
Optimized for cams, header, TB + mods. Perfect for those with stage 2 cams (blox b/ skunk2 stg 2) and higher.
