50x4, front and rear preamp outputs, rock/pop/vocal/jazz eq settings, detachable face, remote, cage, harness, trim ring, keys, install manual, box. it was lightly used for a year, not tacky looking and the buttons light up red. it plays cd/cdr/cdrw, but not mp3s. no cd changer controls or aux input capability. 9/10, near mint condition.
