2005 Acura MDX lease take over available (pay $550 a month!!!)
 

One of my clients is leaving the country soon and is looking for someone to take over his lease on a 2005 Acura MDX. The car has 35000 km, Slate Grey exterior with saddle grey leather interior (the best colour scheme for that generation MDX). The car has been serviced at Acura of North Toronto from day 1.

The best part of this deal is that the current owner used his old vehicle as a downpayment, $10000 + tax and paid freight gas tax and air tax upfront. That is $14671,23 paid upfront. This, plus the discount on the price that I gave him lowered the effective monthly payment down to $550 with taxes in (would have been $890 otherwise). Originally, 39 mnth lease.

This lease is due Aug 25, 2008. And after than you can either walk away from the car or purchase it for $26416+tax. Now, the client wants some of his initial downpayment ($14671,23) back from the person that's taking over. The ideal number is $5000 but they will entertain an offer since they are in a hurry.

Bottom line is, you're gonna be driving an MDX for $550 a month. Just for a reference, 39 mnth lease on a brand new MDX with $5000 paid upfront will be about $1100.

If you have friends or family currently interested in luxury SUVs tell them about this deal. It won't last long.
